500 or 404 Errors

  1. Check your browser and make sure it is updated to the latest version.  
  2. Refresh your web browser  
  3. Restart your computer  
  4. Close all other tabs whilst accessing the event - especially do not stream other media 
  5. Open the Event in Incognito Mode 
    • Sometimes, third-party extensions can affect the experience by blocking some of the Hanson Wade’s Digital Platform interface elements. That’s why we also recommend opening the event in Incognito mode
  6. Logout of the Virtual Platform and sign back in.  

 If you experience technical difficulties which you are unable to troubleshoot once testing and trialling the options above, please contact your Event Manager directly via email, call, or message through the chat function on the platform.  

There is often also a virtual Help Desk available on the digital platform to make your experience as smooth as possible!
