Roundtable and breakout discussion sessions are grouped by shared interests e.g. a theme, topic area or question.
These sessions will have a dedicated moderator who will set the context and start the discussion, they will also be facilitating conversation and questions throughout the session. This is your opportunity to get specific advice on your current challenges and share lessons learned in a more intimate setting.
Once you've decided which roundtable you'd like to be part of, you can join the session as an active participant of the conversation.

Some presentations have been pre-recorded as the presentation cannot be given live during the main agenda. However, any speakers who have chosen to do a pre-recorded session, are likely to attend and participate in a live Q&A afterwards.
The delegate list is not available pre or post-event, however, you will be able to communicate with registered attendees in any structured or unstructured networking opportunities. Read our Networking FAQ below for more information.
Networking
All attendees in the room will have many opportunities to network as a part of the conference program each day.
Ranging from refreshment breaks, to speed networking, to organized breakout and roundtable sessions.
Refreshment breaks are generally also held in the exhibition area, providing regular opportunities throughout the day to network with our Event Partners.

Throughout the live virtual event you are able to connect with virtual attendees in many ways.
Make use of the the chat function to direct message others, connect in our 1-2-1 speed networking sessions, or in our breakout discussion groups or roundtables.

If your event has both virtual and physical attendance options you will be able to connect with each other through the mobile app or through our virtual platform.
Send direct messages, ask live questions during presentations, and find real-time updates.
Yes. When the event has round table discussions or break out sessions, it will be setup as a virtual group meeting room.
Attendees can also create their own virtual "meeting rooms" as conference calls.
Post-Event Materials
The post-event materials are subject to individuals and their organisations for approval. In our experience, it is not uncommon for speakers to share commercially valuable or sensitive data with the attendees but not want the materials to be hosted post conference. Therefore it is probable that not all of the speaker sessions will be available post conference.
Presentation materials can take up to 5 working days to become available. Please continue to check the sharing site for new materials available.
On completion of a short feedback survey, you will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to access the materials we have available to share.

All post-event materials that we have been given permission to share will be available for 3 months from close of event.

Yes, there is a virtual Demo Area where each sponsor will have their own "booth" for you to engage with them. In addition, the Demo Area will also include live and pre-recorded videos from our partners.
The best experience will be provided on a laptop or desktop using Chrome or Firefox browsers.
You can use a mobile device, however some functionalities may be limited because of the screen size.
We encourage to use a computer. However, if you opt to use a mobile device, ensure you are on strong Wi-Fi connection, as mobile phone networks are likely not going to have the required internet speed to handle video streaming.
At some events, there will be a virtual help desk to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Conference Venue, Travel & Accommodation
We would love to be able to offer this service, however, this is not included in the registration fee and therefore we ask for you to book and pay for your travel and accommodation yourself.
All attendees are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. We recommend that you secure flexible booking options and rates when making these arrangements, in case of a change in circumstances.
We do coordinate with the hotel to try and secure accommodation options and rates for our attendees. However, this may still be in negotiation stages. As soon as we receive any accommodation information your Event Manager will be in touch with instructions of how to make your reservation.
You can contact us at customersupport@hansonwade.com and we will ensure any food allergies are communicated to the venue food and beverage team. We will try our best to cater to your dietary needs.

Physical+ Events
A Physical+ Event, or sometimes referred to as a Hybrid Event, will bring together the immense value of both an in-person and digital experience to the one event.
To ensure we can continue to unite the whole community, attendees will have the opportunity to choose their own attendance option.
Whether you have purchased an physical or digital ticket will be stated in your booking confirmation email.

Hybrid attendance options are not available, please contact customersupport@hansonwade.com if you wish to discuss your attendance options.

If your request is received more than 14 days before the event start date, you will also be eligible to receive a Hanson Wade Credit Voucher of the difference paid to the current equivalent digital ticket price.

You will be required to pay an upgrade registration fee to the current equivalent physical ticket price.
Virtual attendees will be provided with their access link to access the Hanson Wade virtual platform. Here, you can stream the live presentations.
Physical attendees will be able to watch all presentations live in-person. They will not be provided with login details to also stream presentations live on the virtual platform.
During the designated Networking slots in the agenda, virtual attendees will be able to attend networking rooms on the virtual platform. In the Networking Rooms, Virtual attendees can be matched with other Virtual Attendees only, via video.

Event Health & Safety
Unless otherwise mandated by government or venue regulations, you will not be required show proof of your vaccination status or a negative test onsite.
Please remain mindful to the extent and impact of transmitting COVID, of any strain, in any fixed setting to your health and that of others. Please also consider testing prior to arrival onsite.

We will be following the CDC/Equivalent EU Body advice and venue guidance on mask wearing. You will be notified if mask wearing is mandatory for your event by your Event Manager.
The safety and welfare of all our attendees remains paramount. We will adhere to government, local and venue-specific guidance and regulations to ensure safety and hygiene measures are in place.
You will receive full guidance on specific provisions being put in place from your Event Manager 2-3 weeks prior to the event taking place.

Poster Submissions
If Poster Submissions are included in the agenda you will receive this information from the Event Manager.

Yes, only registered attendees may submit a poster for approval.
Once your registration to the event has been finalised you may submit an abstract of 200 words for approval.
Poster submissions will be reviewed by the Program Director and approval will be received 1-2 weeks from submission.
Virtual poster submissions will be available to view throughout the duration of the event by all attendees.
Unless otherwise advised by your Event Manager posters will not be paired with a live presentation.
Tickets & Registration
Your physical registration includes full access to the conference. The registration includes lunches, refreshments, and documentation. It does not however, include your travel or accommodation costs.
In addition, you will be given exclusive access to post-event materials after the meeting has run.
Please remember unless otherwise stated on your payment receipt, your pass will only grant you access to the main conference days.
Physical passes will only allow you to access the event and cannot be shared with colleagues or anyone else.

Yes, you may register on behalf of someone else. When you book online we'll need you to provide the name, job title, company and contact details of the person you wish to register so we can make sure they receive their login details.

To obtain a record of an international transaction fee it would be best to contact your financial provider directly. As they have initiated the charge they will be able to provide a statement for your records.
