
Partnership Agreement
All details can be found in your partnership contract. If you’re unable to locate this, please contact your Partnership Manager.
Please ensure that all communication copies in your dedicated Partnership Manager, who will always act as your main point of contact.
In addition to this, you will receive communication from the Event Manager for logistical information. Should you have a presentation at the conference, the Program Director will also be in contact with your dedicated speaker regarding the speaking engagement.
Delegate lists are provided by your Partnership Manager, please contact them directly if you require an updated copy.
Please check with your Event Manager or Partnership Manager who will be able to provide confirmation. The total number of passes can be found in the corresponding contract.
Your pass gives you access to main conference days as well as Q&As, roundtable discussions and networking sessions. In addition, everyone who attends the event will be given exclusive access to post-event materials after the meeting has run.
If included in your event and partnership contract, there are two components:
- Partners will have a dedicated Virtual Booth to increase brand exposure. This is found on the Reception page and Demo Area of the virtual platform.
- Partners will have a dedicated Demo Video that acts as on-demand content during the conference. This also links directly to the Virtual Booth.
If included in your event and partnership contract, your Event Manager and Partnership Manager will be set up the virtual booth for you, and partners will be sent a preview by 3 weeks before the event to review and approve.

Physical+
A Physical+ Event, or sometimes referred to as a Hybrid Event, is an extension of a physical event which allows you to have a digital presence. This format will bring together the immense value of both an in-person and digital experience to the one event.
To ensure we can continue to unite the whole community, attendees will have the opportunity to choose their own attendance option.
Partners possess physical tickets only, unless otherwise stated within the partnership agreement.
Please contact your Partnership Manager if you wish to discuss your attendance options.
If your event has both virtual and physical attendance options you will be able to connect with each other through the mobile app or through our virtual platform.
Your Event Manager will provide you with information on how to make the most of your Physical+ partnership.

Please note that the technology and logistics of each Physical+ meeting is event specific. Your Event Manager will be in touch with the confirmed logistics of your event.

To get the most out of this, remember to book in a post-event consultation with your Partnerships Manager in order to walk through the report and compile a post-event action plan.
