Your speaker pass gives you access to all sessions as well as Q&As, roundtable discussions and networking sessions delivered. In addition, everyone who attends the event will be given exclusive access to post-event materials after the meeting has run.
All presentations are required a week before the meeting. Reminders and deadlines will be sent to you by email by your Event Manager and Program Director.
We will ask your permission to share your presentation with attendees, which will be made available as a PDF and/or video recording at the end of the meeting.
If you are planning to present sensitive data you are welcome to share an amended version with our attendees. It would be appreciated if this was provided 3 days prior to the event at the latest.
All approved presentations are saved on a secure and password protected website, downloadable and available to access for 3 months post meeting.

Yes, you will receive comprehensive information and a short video demonstration from your Event Manager prior to the event.
The video demo will show you how to use the platform and get the most out of your participation.
All presentations and panel discussions participating in our virtual events will be recorded and streamed live on our event platform for virtual attendees. We will also ask your permission to share your session with all attendees after the event. All approved sessions are saved on a password protected website for 3 months post meeting.
At the end of the event you will be contacted by our Customer Experience team with a short survey.
