Joining With A VPN
Some regions may require the use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to access full functionality of the platform.
Some regions may also require explicit authorization from their Government the use of approved licensed VPNs only.

If you do have any technical issues please ensure:
- Chrome or Firefox browser is up to date.
- Access the platform through Incognito mode.
If you are still experiencing technical difficulties, please contact your Event Manager directly via email, call, or message through the chat function on the platform.
There is often also a virtual Help Desk available on the digital platform to make your experience as smooth as possible!
