The safety and welfare of all our attendees remains paramount. We will adhere to government, local and venue-specific guidance and regulations to ensure safety and hygiene measures are in place.
You will receive full guidance on specific provisions being put in place from your Event Manager 2-3 weeks prior to the event taking place. In the meantime, view our Health & Safety guidelines to see the type of provisions you can expect.
Please notify your Program Director or Event Manager immediately if you display symptoms of Covid-19 within 14 days of the event starting.
Anyone displaying Covid-19 symptoms will not be permitted to attend the event in person.
Please notify your Program Director or Event Manager Event Manager immediately if you have come into contact with another individual with COVID-19 within 14 days of the event starting or if you have been told to isolate by the authorities.
You will not be permitted to attend the event physically and will be walked through next steps.
Please notify one of the Hanson Wade onsite team immediately if you start to feel unwell or need assistance. They will be able to give you further support and direction.
All physical conference pass holders, will be required to complete a pre-registration health check in order to register on the day.
