Attendees will not be required to complete a pre-registration Health Declaration prior to being admitted entrance to the event.

Unless otherwise mandated by government or venue regulations, you will not be required show proof of your vaccination status or a negative test onsite.
Please remain mindful to the extent and impact of transmitting COVID, of any strain, in any fixed setting to your health and that of others. Please also consider testing prior to arrival onsite.

Please notify customersupport@hansonwade.com if you have come into contact with COVID-19 within 5 days of the event starting or if you have been told to isolate.
Onsite Health & Safety
We will be following the CDC/Equivalent EU Body advice and venue guidance on mask wearing. You will be notified if mask wearing is mandatory for your event by your Event Manager.
The safety and welfare of all our attendees remains paramount. We will adhere to government, local and venue-specific guidance and regulations to ensure safety and hygiene measures are in place.
You will receive full guidance on specific provisions being put in place from your Event Manager 2-3 weeks prior to the event taking place.
Please notify one of the Hanson Wade team immediately if you display COVID-19 symptoms They will be able to give you further support and direction.

Registration Cancellation
Your registration can be transferred to a colleague, free of charge, at any time before the start of the event. Please complete the Transfer Registration form found here.
Or contact customersupport@hansonwade.com who will be able to assist you with your enquiry.
If you can no longer attend the event, you may cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to the date of the event by notifying us by email at customersupport@hansonwade.com.
Upon cancellation you will be entitled to receive a credit for a future event of your choice (up to the value of sums paid by you in respect of the event).
